Public release gate: verified operating entity, legal contact, governing-law review, and effective date are required before launch.

Service

The service is an image-only AI transformation tool. V1 accepts still images and does not process video or multi-frame media. Features may change or stop.

Your content

You must own uploaded content or have the rights and permissions required to process it, including permission relating to identifiable people. You grant only the limited permission needed to provide and protect the service. This permission does not include model training or public marketing.

Prohibited uses

Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or non-consensual content, or use output for impersonation, identity verification, authenticity claims, forensic evidence, medical decisions, law enforcement, or other high-impact decisions.

AI output limits

Output may change faces, objects, text, clothing, colors, and backgrounds. It may contain artifacts or inaccuracies. It does not recover an original photo, hidden details, or lost pixels and is not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, non-infringing, or suitable for a purpose.

Third-party services and marks

Infrastructure and inference depend on third parties and may be interrupted. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners. Descriptive mention does not imply endorsement.

Availability and abuse controls

Access may be limited, suspended, or stopped to protect the service and users. V1 is free and includes no payment, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms.

Legal terms

Warranty, liability, indemnity, governing-law, and dispute terms require review based on the verified operating entity and applicable consumer law. They are not fabricated in this prelaunch implementation.
